Rear perspective sketch

This great old home has been added to since the mid 1800's. Design challenges included a steep hill which slopes down into the rear of the home. We had to create a new retaining wall to accommodate the new space. New spaces include a new master suite, new breakfast room, new kitchen / eating room, new laundry and pantry.

Here's a sketch of the addition.

Hood Rendering

A copper hood was designed with weathered copper and woodwork. The hood is just now installed, a perfect fit and the weathered copper really works nicely. The granite countertops are templated and will be installed shortly. I think our renderings and the reality match nicely.

Kitchen rendering

Older homes tend to be a series of very separate rooms but contemporary living calls for lots of open flowing spaces. I think we've made the structural work required to make that happen look easy.

Breakfast room

The breakfast room doubles as a bar and buffet for entertaining.
