A 37,000 square feet of retail space over a parking garage. It houses the Restaurant LaJonquille and rental professional offices and retail space. Its configuration was conceived to maximize the site and take advantage of views and provide a plaza setting.

Penn Libraries Research Annex "LIBRA" A 50,000 square foot facility for high density storage of the University's Heritage Collection. The facility includes archiving, Electronic Data Transmission and computerized high density storage of books and related materials. The University Library will have capacity for storage of three million volumes in the facility.

New construction of a 5000 SF Medical Building designed to allow flexible planning for one, two, or three practices. The site is an irregular urban tract set back from the main street.

To accommodate new programs for the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, we designed new facilities for both training of students and for use as an executive dining room.

Port Jervis, NY. A 500 acre sprots camp. We provided master planning of the facility and architectural designs for new gymanisia structures and equipment, a new dining hall, and adaptive re-use of existing structures. The camp was founded with assocations to Olympic Gold and Silver medalists, Vladimir Artemov and Shannon Miller.

As part of the development of a national business expansion campaign, we developed a modular design to accomodated multiple configurations and business models for this chain of car washes integrating and detailing multiple equipment configurations, graphic design, building and site designs for seven locations built in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey as well as Phoenix, Arizona and Chicago, Illinois
