Extensive renovations included removal of the roof structure, an open atrium and skylight, excavation of the basement an additional two feet, all new floor structure and wall structure, finishes and systems.

This remarkable restaurant consists of five uniquely themed dining rooms, a banquet room a wine cellar with 10,000 bottle capacity and two separate kitchens.

To accommodate new programs for the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, we designed new facilities for both training of students and for use as an executive dining room.
